Job Description:

• The individual will handle reception and visitors
• Handling EPABX System
• Looking after all Purchases- asset, stationary, house keeping items
• Making Travel Bookings /related arrangements
• Keeping Expenses record (excel, word)
• Maintaining attendance record
• Scanning and filing of official documents
• Library Management
• Looking after day to day office activities
• Preliminary activities related to Marketing

Skills Required:

• Experience of 1 to 3 year
• Must have experience of handling reception and administrative activities
• Must have good communication skills; verbal & written
• Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft office

• Should be working in Drug Discovery R&D of reputed pharma companies or companies involved in drug discovery.
• Should have an overall experience of 5 to 8 years out of which 3 to 4 years should have been devoted to drug discovery and molecular modeling.
• Should be well versed with new chemical entity (NCE) designing.
• Should be able to independently analyze, interpret and interconnect data.
• Should have exposure to pre-clinical activities and knowledge of regulatory and FDA guidelines.
• Should have sufficient knowledge of IPR regulations.
• Experience in Biochemistry and Molecular Modeling is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task team environment.
