| As a faster and significantly less expensive alternative to conventional HTS, NovaLead with VLife Sciences has developed VLifeAmadeus virtual screening technology for automated interaction studies among multiple biological targets and chosen chemical space at a structural level. Taking cognizance of limited reliability obtained in several attempts at creating such virtual screening technologies around the world, significant effort has put in to obtain repeated evidence of credible relationship between VLifeAmadeus technology with experimental output. This is a critical differentiator for NovaLead's virtual screening platform. The usefulness & reliability of VLifeAmadeus is evident in our pipeline. |

| Harnessing scattered information & their connection relevant to the specific scientific problem is critical to drug discovery effort. The challenge gets compounded when the knowledge is scattered at various locations and is constantly getting enriched. VLifeBiblica obtains and connects such information and connects it with that generated within NovaLead, to present it scientists in a form which can be analysed for better decision making. This has enabled us at NovaLead on one hand to avoid redoing an experiment either computationally or in the laboratory while on the other, VLifeBiblica has ensured that the research effort remains focused only on the unknown. Such knowledge management has been a key contributor towards continuouse improvement in NovaLead's research productivity. |

| VLifeAmadeus technology enables virtual high throughput screening to explore various structure level interaction possibilities between small molecules and therapeutic targets. It also pre-processes the generated information through a knowledge based set of rules, to leave the scientists with a manageable set of data for interpretation for drawing relevant conclusions. The seamlessly connected VLifeBiblica, identifies evidentiary/ contradicting information from the literature which is presented to scientists along with the VLifeAmadeus output to support scientists’ quest for making right scientific decisions for their research programs. |
